Sarwat Tasneem


Sarwat’s 20 years experience began in architecture and interiors, mentored by Leading influencers in workplace strategy thought leadership. In a male centric industry, she navigated the barriers regarding culture and gender and secured business with global corporates across industries in EMEA whilst re-training in Behavioural Change and business psychology.

Consulting to businesses across the Middle East in human communications, diversity & performance, deepened her knowledge of equality, beliefs, values and practices throughout the region and the implications to mental health.

A qualified wellbeing and cognition practitioner, Sarwat has advised government in HR policy on discrimination and mental health in the workplace, community cohesion, and guided City Hall on Mental Health practice across London's communities. She has also advised at high level in conflict resolution linguistics, for coalitions and governmental departments abroad.

Sarwat sits on a national advisory board for a leading social cohesion & interfaith charity recognized by HM the Queen, and two mental health charities. She also gives advisory to influential New Zealand organisations regarding social impact and inclusion.

Sarwat is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, The Institute of Leadership and Management and The Centre of Conscious Design where she leads the global think tank domain on Design, Belief Systems and Urbanism.
